Every student from the LCC collaborated closely with a student from the LSE in order to create a visual summary for their research project. The complexity of the information required work to be understood, and translated into visuals.To organize this information pannel we figured out a way to explain the content which facilitated understanding. Basic concepts on the top part, followed by the experiment he made, and his conclusions. Recently we are noticing the effects of this system of excesses. A change is necessary to alter this situation of crisis, promoting a sustainable global development, that will cover the current needs but allow for future development.The project is a campaign directed at citizenship, which spreads some ideals for the change to happen. The objective is to achieve in each individual a change of habits. The manifesto includes subjects from electrical consumption, to changing the politicians that we choose; from ending the nuclear era to asking for peace and disarmament. The main tool for spreading these concepts is a book which informs of the ideals of the manifesto. For the formal solution I used the main character point of view as inspiration. Bruno, the main character, lives all the tale as an adventure, unaware of the atrocities happening. Thanks to his innocence, he has his own version of the story, and along the chapters while he matures, he starts understanding the whole situation. To formalize this project I created an illustration in a map form, that a kid could have done explaining his territory, where his daily adventures took place. Through using extremely thin paper, about 40g/m2 it gave the dust-jacket an incredible transparency, which allowed to have the illustration on the back, a clean typographical cover on the front, and worked out great with the transparency. This piece documented an excavation process that took place in Sabadell, and the story spins around two immigrants working at the excavation site. With this two guys as guiding thread, the writter uses their charecters to make social and town-planning analysis.As a piece to give away in the exhibition, a book with the script was created. The challenge was purely editorial trying to make the play the easiest to read possible. Lourdes Hernández, it's singer, is Spain’s most refined daughter; a radiant but quietly profound cantautora of the rarest pop commodity. Russian Red is the aftermath of cloying theatrics, unbridled perceptions, and thawed pictorial postcards. With a mix between pop and folk, with a very particular voice, Russian Red is the voice to this neo-romantic age, where are nostalgic and attracted to vintage.The concept for the graphic solution of the record revolves around a fun fair and the treadmill, as a vehicle to see what’s beyond the rainbow. The story grows around a vintage-style ticket for the fair, where you find the cover information. You have to break this ticket in order to break in this magic world.
